If you’ve experienced the benefits of the program, you can help others discover it. By referring a friend or family member, you’re giving someone the opportunity to start their journey toward better health and wellness.

Earn Referral Rewards

As a thank you for sharing the program, you can receive a cash reward when your referral successfully completes their stay. Depending on the length of their program, you can earn up to $250 for each successful referral.

Every referred client receives a 5% discount on their stay when they enroll in the program. It’s a simple way to make the program a little more accessible while helping someone take an important step toward better health.

Referral Program Overview

• This program is available to former participants (Alumni) of the Lifestyle Center Program.
• The referred person must be new to the program and list the Alumni’s name during the application process.
• Rewards are issued only after the referred client successfully completes a 7-day, 11-day, or 25-day stay.
• Rewards are $100, $150, or $250, depending on the completed stay.
• There is no limit to how many people an Alumni may refer.
• Referred clients receive 5% off their stay.
• Rewards are issued by check within 10 business days after program completion.
